How custom inquiries are handled
A custom inquiry starts with questions, not a quotation. Expect follow-up about anything your description leaves open: the environment at a specific location, the termination style at a specific point, or the timing of a specific phase. Those questions exist because a custom requirement confirmed loosely becomes a custom problem expensively.
Send sketches, route plans or schedules if you have them. A requirement described with a drawing is confirmed faster than one described in words alone.
